  • Prep Plus Aftercare

    Our Prep Plus Aftercare program is needing assistants! Prep Plus is offered every calendar school day here at Hilton Head Prep. The hours are Monday-Thursday from 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm and Friday from 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm. Compensation will be $20 per hour.

  • Part-Time Elementary School Spanish

    Hilton Head Prep is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable part-time Elementary School Spanish teacher starting in August 2023. This kindergarten through fifth-grade Spanish teacher is responsible for building lessons and developing a curriculum to help students strengthen their vocabulary, as well as help them speak basic Spanish. This position would introduce students to Spanish-speaking world cultures in a creative and active learning environment. The lessons could include songs, books, and cultural activities that are often related to weekly themes. 
    We are looking for a positive teacher who is enthusiastic, responsible, and most importantly enjoys working with children.  While being able to work with all ages of elementary school students, faculty, and parents their main goal is to get students excited about learning exploratory Spanish. 
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or previous instructional experience teaching Spanish 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Full-time CDL Bus Driver

    This full-time position is responsible for safely transporting children to and from school, related events and athletic events (to and from). This position includes a competitive salary and great benefits package. 

    Must contain your CDL license.
  • Part-time CDL Bus Driver

    This position is responsible for safely transporting children to and from school and related events. Primary responsibility will be for athletic events (to and from) which can occur in the afternoon/evenings.

  • Substitute Teachers

    We are seeking talented and inspired elementary through high school Guest Teachers for our multi-age classrooms. A position at Prep is an opportunity to grow as a teacher/researcher in a supportive and active community. This position requires a person who is detail oriented, child centered, has a sense of humor and most of all, is able to work in a team. 
     
    Responsibilities
    •Carries out a program of study prescribed in the lesson plans left by the classroom teacher
    •Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
    •Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and objectives as indicated in the lesson plans for the lessons, units, or projects assigned
    •Employs instructional methods and materials that are most appropriate for meeting lesson objectives
