We welcome and appreciate volunteers across campus! Whatever your passion —community engagement events, staff appreciation, school spirit initiatives, or fundraising—there is a place for you to plug in and have fun. There are many ways for all to help with our events
and daily activities on campus throughout the school year. Listed below are a few that are school-wide.

Parents Association
The Parents Association’s purpose is to engage and encourage participation among all parents, students, and faculty to foster school spirit through planning, communication, and execution of events. If you are interested in volunteering with the Parents Association please reach out to Christina Mulshenock, Parents Association President, at parents.association@hhprep.school for potential volunteer opportunities.
Festival of Trees
Festival of Trees is Prep’s annual holiday event that benefits tuition assistance . Each year Prep transforms the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa into a holiday wonderland for two weeks with over 150 trees, wreaths, and holiday décor. Volunteer opportunities include designer solicitation, set-up, working a two hour-shift at the resort during the event, and break down.

Jubilee
Jubilee is Prep’s annual benefit to raise support for the extras to help our students further succeed. The event is a dinner with dancing, live and silent auction, and Distinguished Citizens Awards are presented. Committee members help procure items for the auctions (live and silent), help with setup, break down and other tasks to plan this event. We have approximately 200 in attendance for this event.

Prep Pride Fund
The Prep Pride Fund provides philanthropic support to our students beyond tuition. Financial support at any level is invaluable. Volunteer opportunities for the Prep Pride Fund include being a part of the Prep Pride Fund Committee. The committee is instrumental in the planning of Prep’s annual class challenge and Dolphin Giving Day. For more information, or to volunteer please contact Leslie Hart at lhart@hhprep.org.
Heritage
Each April during the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament Presented by Boeing, Hilton Head Prep manages a concessions booth along the 17th fairway where Prep received proceeds from the weeks food and beverage sales. In order to make this fundraiser success, Prep depends on volunteers to work the booth during the tournament. Opportunities include working the counter (taking orders and checking patrons out) and runners to fulfill the orders.
The Arts Guild
There are many ways to participate in the Arts Guild, whether through monetary support, donation of items for performances, or donation of time. Many dedicated Arts Guild members, without whom the arts program could not flourish, spend countless hours organizing costumes and props, and providing technical and stage assistance for our outstanding Hilton Head Prep performances. Booster Club
The Booster Club would love to have your help at home sporting events, selling tickets at the door, and snacks in the concession booth. For volunteer information, please reach out to Meredith DiMuzio at meredithdimuzio@yahoo.com.
