Meet the Advancement Team
Margot Brown - Chief Advancement Officer
Mrs. Brown has been the Director of Finance and Development at Hilton Head Prep since 2004. Previously, Mrs. Brown served as the Director of Finance at The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, NJ, from 1987-2001. She also spent three years as a partner in an investment firm in New Jersey where she managed client portfolios before coming to Hilton Head Prep. She received her Bachelors of Economics with a concentration in Accounting from Rutgers University. Mrs. Brown is the parent to three Prep graduates, Meghan '09, Mackenzie '12, and Riley '15.
Leslie Hart - Director of the Prep Pride Fund & Alumni Relations
Mrs. Hart serves as the Director of the Prep Pride Fund and Alumni Relations where she has been employed since 2018. She is a 2007 graduate of Georgia Southern University earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management, and a 2024 graduate of Clemson University where she received her Master's of Business Administration. Mrs. Hart lives on Hilton Head Island with her husband, Jason, and two boys, Lochlan (‘33) and London ('39). In her free time she loves to spend time with her family at the beach and read.
Leah Davis - Director of Communications & Marketing
Mrs. Davis is a 2013 graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelors in Communications and a Minor in Journalism. Leah joined the Prep family in 2024 as the Director of Communications and Marketing. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, and their children, Vienna ('34) and Jackson ('38)
