After graduating from Hilton Head Prep in 2000, Hadley attended the University of Virginia. She graduated with a major in Sociology, a minor in History, and moved to Atlanta, Georgia to take a job with the Cartoon Network and Adult Swim.
She started as a Production Assistant in the New Media department but her group, and role, evolved as quickly as the digital technology advanced. Hadley launched Cartoon Network and Adult Swim’s first mobile clip channels, Video on Demand channels, mobile websites and 24/7 live mobile streaming channels on phone and in cars. When the iPhone was released in 2007 Hadley’s team launched the network’s first app in Apple’s App Store. She continued to work on emerging digital platforms, specifically iPhone and iPad Video apps and games for Adult Swim Digital for the following years. While in Atlanta, Hadley also completed her 600-hour comprehensive Pilates teaching certification and has been teaching Pilates part time since 2009.
In 2012 Hadley moved to New York City to take a job with Viacom Network’s Digital Platforms Group. She worked across all Viacom Networks, with a focus on Comedy Central, Spike TV, MTV and Nickelodeon. The following year Hadley was hired by Christie’s Art Auction House to help rebuild their global digital presence across their websites and mobile apps for the next 3 years. Hadley ultimately managed the group as Vice President of Digital Products, overseeing both client facing and employee facing products for Christie’s, as well as their e-commerce bidding products.
Hadley and her husband, Doug, live in Scarsdale, New York with their two children and golden retriever. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing platform tennis, golf and teaching pilates.
